KP Transformation

Took out of house design from agency and developed the KP Transformation (internal) website. Built on WordPress platform with customizations. Used GSAP library to create fully animated site with timing and on scrub techniques. Managed kickoff, bi-weekly check-ins, budget, and timeline. Created wireframes and mock-ups with Adobe XD; presented to stakeholders. Ensured ADA compliance, cross-browser testing, responsive designs, and image optimization. Provided comprehensive WordPress training to the client and team.
